Best Buy kings plaza delivery service is by far an abomination. I finally attempted to purchase a treadmill and have it delivered. They did not show up or call my home. I wasted a whole day. I was so upset that I cancelled the order. I want to report this horrible service to executive office.

I had an in home delivery of a treadmill today. I was told that the installer’s would have ppe they didn’t have mask or hand sanitizer and they left my window open in 30 degree weather. I can’t believe the total disrespect. Worse delivery ever. I

You don’t want my review. If it were not for Justin Hall, I would write off BB altogether. It took your company over six weeks to resolve this issue. Go away! I really don’t even want to think about BB.

These guys have no experience with exercise equipment. Nothing was adjusted properly. The head guy was cocky and openly miffed they were installing a treadmill. Told me to leave!!! Rudest crew ever from Best Buy.

Had to argue about haul away that was included in purchase. It was too heavy for the two men to haul away. Had them call Bestbuy to confirm that had to haul away. Left all garbage in my house

Purchased 7/21/2021, Today is 11/22/2021 14+ missed appointments and still not resolved. Been dealing with corporate office for months! Extremely disappointed.

this was not done and I spent over an hour chatting online with support and they promised it would be done today, then I got a message service was cancelled

It is like all the bolts are loose. It shakes and squeaks. The belt slips too. I don’t know if it’s a bad installation or bad machine

Haven't had a chance to use the equipment because Best Buy cannot get the installation and delivery correctThey have cancelled on me 5 times (3 times a no show no call).

They do not provide the service advertised. Exercise equipment was supposed to be assembled and tested, this was not done.

I paid an extra $250 for Best Buy to deliver, set up and haul the old treadmill away. It was delivered, and set up December 17th, but they have not hauled the old one away. It is now January 14th! Very poor service!

I keep getting asked to review this. However, the installation actually never happened. BBY cancelled on me, told me they would call back in the next day, it's been a week, and still no call back.
