They assembled treadmill and its still assembled months later. I think this is good. Will update if parts fly off.

The installers called me a day earlier asking if I wanted them to set it up early. That made the Mrs happy, so I was happy!

They came set everything up and cleaned up after themselves. It did not take long and also explained the product.

Delivered as described. One guy did the work of 3 guys that initially installed our Treadmill. Very impressed with him.

I wanted it in the basement and they refused to do so mentioning that it’s to narrow. The following week my 14yr old son and I disassembled and cardio it in the basement with out a problem.

Terrible experience! I ordered a bowflex treadmill in February. The delivery guys came 3 weeks ago and never finished installing the treadmill. They left abruptly stating that something faulty was wrong with the machine and that Best Buy would have a part replaced and would call me to schedule. That never happened. I've spent the last 3 weeks on several calls with Best Buy trying to get this machine either fixed or returned to no avail. This has been a complete nightmare. WARNING to all! DO NOT LET the installation team leave without ensuring that the machine is operating. If they say something is wrong with it during set up tell them to take it back!!! Do not wait for these delivery and installers to do what they are expected to do. This machine has been sitting in my place for 3 weeks now and I can't get any help from Best Buy to fix the situation. I've never turned on the machine and am unable to use it because installation was never completed. This has been a complete nightmare and Best Buy has been horrible with follow up. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and followup!!!

Delivery and installation was quick and timely. The installation team did answered all my questions.

Very professional workers. On time and very efficient delivery, assembly and installation.

Installers were very good. Except within3 weeks unit began loud mechanical squeal and squeaking when used. When i contacted B.B. they said a repair tech would come out in case installers made an Error? The date came and they were 3 hours late and did not come to repair and took another new one back thinking a full replacement?? Still not anything has been done and unit noisy as can be ready to fail i am sure!

Tim and Brian were knowledgable and complete. They made quit work of the setup and made to test it out.

I would recommend using Geek Squad for delivery and set up. They also make sure it works and you understand how to use the machine before they leave.

I could not have ever done this by myself. They moved the treadmill down to my basement and assembled it. Highly recommended this service!

Guys did a great job and quick at it as well, they do coordinate really well and everyone does a separate task to finish ASAP.
