The guys were respectful and followed the COVID guidelines put in place by Best Buy. They were both super friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions regarding my treadmill and cleaned up afterwards.

Installation was outstanding and quick had a 400+lbs treadmill up a driveway through the front door and into the basement opened and installed with in an hour!

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOME TO INSTALL MY TREADMILL WE VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB PUTTING IT TOGETHER QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A HUGE MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.

I purchased a treadmill and for me it was well worth the money to have it professionally installed. The team was already familiar with the machine and where able to assemble it quickly and correctly. Convince is key!

Owe some product using for all these time, was a little tricky to install but giving the best to my body, can be expensive buying the monthly plan but using only interactive systems is enough for me.

The installers came all the way from Appleton, apparently the only one in the state handling treadmill installa. They showed up on time and handled the install perfectly.

The representative had a delay, but stayed in contact with me assuring me he would be there to get my treadmill installed. Everything took about an hour and half and I have been enjoying my indoor fitness.

Best Buy showed up on time, explained the entire installation and set-up process, completed the job in time and answered all of my questions. Will use them again in the near future for my other Best Buy purchases. Thank you!

They came when they said they would and were very Courtice and very proficient and fast, only took one hour to dismantle and install my new tredmill

The installers were a little late, but that was due to the weather. The installment went quickly as the installers went straight to work. They did a good job.

Guys were great in building it. But item was super bulky to move after. I recommend having them build it were u want it .

Great professionals. Arrived on time and set up the machine pretty well. Left some parts from the old machine outside though, left them a voicemail to come pick it up.

Technician arrived an hour late but only took around 45 minutes to do the job and it was good. Explained everything to me and gave additional tips.

The gentlemen came in with mask. Unpacked the treadmill upstairs it wouldn’t fit past the basement door in the box. Carry it to basement and put it together. Cleaned up behind themselves.

It was a good experience the equipment was heavy and the 2 professionals handled it well and the total installation of the treadmill was completed in less than 2 hours. Took away the carton boxes.

Treadmill arrived in perfect condition. The installer knew exactly what he was doing and had it set-up and in place in about an hour. Well worth having him install it !!

The guys were very professional and even was willing to come in through the back which included a steep hill. They also, stuck around to answer questions concerning the iFit feature.

Best Buy staff was very friendly and took care of assembly and putting the treadmill exactly where I needed it. There is no way I could have done this alone. Thank you so much.
