Security and antivirus

Really hard to set up and then it goes crazy with all these notifications and wanting you to upgrade everyday before I knew it my free 6 months was up and I don't even think I had the thing set up correctly.

The pop-up blockers are the best. Only thing I have against it no VPN is added to the service.

A bit frustrating!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I were just rating the quality of the Trend Micro Security product, I would give it 5 stars, however, I already had a higher Trend Micro multi-device package and did not want this product. After the initial subscription period, they start billing you 49.99 unless you cancel. Well, I had to speak with FIVE different Best Buy representatives, and spend over 4 hours of my time trying to cancel this subscription and never even downloaded it onto my computer. I usually love Best Buy, but this was so frustrating as each person I spoke with kept saying I had to speak with someone in the department I had just had been speaking with! Back and forth, and I don't think any of people I spoke with were located in the USA.
