The effectiveness of security software is only known when it doesn't work. It's too soon to know whether there is a problem. A point in its favor is that Geek Squad knows it -- and I am using Geed Squad for support.

Great antivirus for macs. Keeps your mac protected from spam emails, it notifies if your camera is on or being used by an app or url. It is super easy to install and it keeps updated.

My IT company that sold the main program for the my business seems to be ok with this software for protection. Both Best Buy and my IT people have issues with Norton interfering with some the computers accessing the Dicom server.

Always happy to have a antivirus system on my electronics, cannot say its better or worse than other programs. My assumption is because was recommended by the company should work better for this product. Never have had a problem with any program so far.

This software is great. I don’t constantly have pop up notifications and can be in the internet without constantly having to change my settings like with other softwares but still get the same great protection. I have it on all three of my computers.

This protects 10 devices and it stores your passwords and it has a special more secure place to do financial transactions. it also notifies me if a wireless network isn't safe. It checks every website . Very important.

After using this product for several months I have found it to be user-friendly and experienced quick support when requested. Personally, I would like to get more detailed reports on scans.

I love Trend Micro, I have it on my personal computer, laptop and my cell phone. I like the antivirus security it give me on all my tech items.

Umm... I think i got geeked on this one. Windows Defender works fine. All the other anti-viruses... I've never actually seen one or another of these saving anybody but I'm sure the reports offer glowing reviews of how many viruses they each find in a months time. Review? I have no idea. Five stars for their sales job, Four stars for delivery, Three stars for actual necessity, Two starts for operational production and One star for Virus protectors in general.

It’s a good product but if you install a Internet security antivirus program it will definitely slow your computer down.

Not the best software but better than being unprotected. Downlead and activation is a little bit of a chore.

This is the security program that I received with the purchase of the Total Tech Support. I received a license for three computers. Trend is the same brand that my company uses for the 2000 computers at work and is a sound protection program.

Works great, real time security and blocked a trojan as soon as i went on the bad site. Freebie with purchase, even better than MS Security Essentials as it scans automatically, no need to schedule anything.

Was great that I received this Antivirus program with 1 year subscription free with the purchase of a laptop. I have always used Trend Micro for my protection. It is my favorite antivirus program.

Overall it's a great system, but the password saving aspect is truly a pain!! It automatically saves and often duplicates everything it encounters, and it now hold nearly 1000 passwords!!!

works ok so far, no ransome attacks yet and not to annoying with on screen pop ups, even though there are a few to let you know its working
