Software was included in computer purchase. It is a one year renewable subscription. Have run several scans and it works well. Anticipate no problems, having used Trend Micro in the past.

Not sure if this one is any better than some of the others. It does do its job. I don't like to get all the emails about upgrading to a better version.

This virus protection plan is great especially if you have multiple people using the same computer and accidentally or intentionally installing bloatware.

I don't believe that any security/antivirus product is flawless. I largely depend on the advice of the Geek Squad to suggest the best and brightest out there. I have this installed on 5 devices and have never had an issue.

Too soon to evaluate in my new Dell Desktop. I previously used Kaspersky Total Security on my old Windows 7 laptop and found it to be an excellent product.

My go to! My whole family has it. I really enjoy the payguard feature on the browser. With my increased online shopping due to the times, I’ve felt so secure!

Trend Micro has been on our machines for at least five years. We are completely satisfied with the coverage we have. And we like that it renews automatically so we don't let it lapse.

You may need this if you are the type of person that downloads and clicks on stuff you shouldn't. Worth the money and subscription if you really need to protect your device.

I hope Trend Micro Internet Security works as advertised. Takes a little time and effort to get security set up the way you want it.

I was told by many people that Imac does not need any additional software security. After Total Tech installed the antivirus. 32 virus'are history

Good product. It seems to protect the computers but there’s a lot of pop ups involved. Gets kind of annoying.

The Trend Micro was included with my new Dell computer but I didn't install it. I already have a subscription to Trend Micro Premium Security for my other computers. I have this service for 6 years and I can recommend it.

Downloaded this with the help of a Geek Squad Agent. When all was done, I discovered I did not need it because I already had Webroot Security, also available at Best Buy/

Once it is all installed and setup, no problems and minimal hit on system performance. That is what I was looking for.

I have not installed the program yet, therefore I cannot honestly respond to the merits of the internet security/antivirus system.

This product is easy to install, configure and is fast! Appears to scan thoroughly and it actively quarantines questionable items found. I'm especially please with receiving licenses for use on up to 3 PCs!
