I tried calling and connecting on the computer without any luck so I had to go to the Best Buy store. I was told that we paid for one year and was refunded $14.00 to my credit card. I did not need it because I bought another Trend Micro for three years which was cheaper for three years than they charged for one year. I NEVER gave or give anyone the authority to charge anything on my credit card and NEVER want this to happen again. I like the Trend Micro and will buy it again but DO NOT Want Best Buy to do this again. Thank you!

I think it's rating by computer specialists is pretty low actually. I've kept Norton Antivirus on my other computers because it seems more comprehensive. It came at no additional cost with computer purchase, consequently the value was right up there.
