Had to cancel. Preferred to have Web Root anti virus protection. So I will have to call back next week and get Total Tech Support with Web Root. I am inconvenienced. Phone tech should have alerted me that the default coverage is Trend Micro, not just assume that is what I wanted. She made no mention and just sent order thru on my credit card. Unhappy for the time spend on phone and the anguish of it all.
