Plus, I just found out that it prevented a website from working properly (Socket error when tryin g to login to katmaitech.com). When I went to exchange this Antivirus and Security pgm for Webroot, I was unsuccessful at being able to complete the purchase successfully because the weblink they sent me was not working with either my current credit card onfile nor another credit card i tried. So now I have no antivirus protection and no gs support since i had to cancel to swap out my Trend subscription for Webroot subscription. How frustrating and time consuming!
