It’s like all my other antivirus. Haven’t noticed a difference

Just got it for christmas. So far so good, but time will tell

User friendly and smooth install. I feel safe with this running.

Had no major intrusions. Slowed down boot process only minimally

My review might have been more except ibwas sokd 3 different security. None if keycodes worked. Its been since july 2021. An been treated as trash by employees an soent total of 1300. Gave yet been able to use one of my purchases had to finally contact hp to get my brand new item fixed an manager told me if wanted this item id have to repurchase it again. Its been 6 montha after 50 calls beat buy still has yet to solve my problem. An yet to use my items. Its ashame you treat some who spent 1300.00 in one purchase as if they only spent 5.00.

This product has many alerts including those that affect start of my computer, not recognizing exe files as legitimate. For a non tech person this was too hard to navigate to understand what was safe and not safe. I returned the program after 4 days of aggrevation

It's ok. Seems to work as it should. No issues lately.

I did not like using this product for apple device.

Not a big fan until its a free trial. Kaspersky, norton js much better. Worth a free trial if best buy offers it to u Make sure u stop after auto trial or else they will charge u every subscription time period

it seems like this is slowing down my laptop when it wants to run constantly. I could be wrong but even the guys at Best Buy use and prefer a different product. Don't know if it has ever found anything.

Since the day i got rhis in june i have been calling and messaging and never getting an answer to why they sold me this and two total tech sinscription

Still can't get it installed. tried to get help off the website; zero help. Won't suggest folks buy it......

Included with recent transaction at Best Buy. Tried to download mobile version but couldn’t get past 14 day free trial. Was never given necessary code for activation. Was only given a serial number. Tried to contact company via phone and online but without success. Couldn’t get a human on phone and online required the code to send the message to tech support which I didn’t have. Never actually used product. Was frustrated and didn’t want to be charged once the 14 day free trial was over so after wAsting a few hours I just canceled it and won’t be taking advantage of the free 1 year subscription.

It frozen all my stuff that I wanted to dO, I could not watch you tube or other things like my calulator

if you have a Mac its a headache putting it in so even though I bought this security system for my last Mac I can't down load it in my new Mac have to buy a new program for the up grade in this computer

Is really hard to fix and used the antivirus when you need it cant find a solution and techsupport not available when you need them
