Posted .No, Webroot is a different security program. If you have a Trend Micro license but your tune-up removed the software, you should contact Best Buy for help.
Avast does more and does it much better.

Not getting any protection yet!

Since I have had it, Trend Micro has been unable to connect to get updates, therefore my computer does not have any antivirus protection. I have had the Geek Squad work on it twice, and still the problem is not resolved. Yesterday, the Geek Squad said that Trend Micro was doing maintenance work, but when I contacted Trend Micro, they were not doing maintenance work. I'm ate my wits end!

It totally ginked up my computer and I couldn't wait to get it off of there. When I renewed with Geek Squad, I didn't even bother to install it this time. And that's too bad, because it's the product that I used up until about five years ago. It used to work great.

I had BestBuy Geek service replace it with WEBROOT which works well with Malwarebytes. I use BestBuy Geek service and it includes VIRUS Software free. Previously they used WEBROOT but this year they changed to TREND MICRO which I refused.

Get GOOD advice before using this product

Geek Squad person who insisted that I needed this computer protection was wrong. Apple support AND the Geek Squad person who uninstalled it told me it was not only unnecessary, but detrimental to my computer. Really disappointing.
