But the battery isn't going to cut it. Battery life is very bad and I can't find anyone that carry it Best Buy sells the unit but not the battery.

I got this for my 12 year old son. It is easy for him to use and manage his music without any help. It is a great mp3 player for a child.

I bought this for my daughter for christmas from Santa Claus. She used it for less than month and the phone stopped working. It wouldn't turn on at all. I sent an email to the company and have heard nothing from them in return. Which makes me even madder than the phone itself. It also so is slow and doesn't hold its battery long at all. Get a tablet or even a used cell phone that can be turned on without the calling feature.

I bought this with my mom and was so excited. My dad brought it home and I could not wait to open it. Once I had opened it and charged it I turned it on. It was really slow and was losing its charge really quickly:( I cant use it because if it is fully charged and I try to play a game or don't even touch it at all it will turn of and say its dead!

cannot play music through it. ok as a thumb drive, will not play wma. manual says it will. volume sucks.no support. save your money.

My playlists keep disappearing. I cannot contact the manufacturer - they do not answer their phones or put me on hold for ever, have no e-mail or mailing address. Absolutely no service. Terribly frustrating.

This product is a very weak. Response time is pitiful and even though I had a strong wifi connection, it was still slow in response time. Even with all that said, I would have kept it and just made it work but my main reason for returning this will be because of the sound quality. The sound is very poor on the Trio and head phones is a must but the sound is still weak. And the search continues.......

A great product for all family members to enjoy for any occasion.

I ordered it twice and I returned it twice. It didn't work either time. The first time the back button didn't work and it flickered. The second time it turned it off itself and I couldn't turn it back on. Don't get this item!

The LCD was broken the first week we had this. Without the extra warranty, we are unable to get the item fixed. It was a complete waste of $80. Terrible customer service from Mach Speed Technologies.
