Way cool little device. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was excited to buy this for 8 year old instead of a $200 Ipod. Unfortunately he opened it on Christmas Day and it didn't work. It wouldn't even turn on, had software issues. Very disappointed!!

I saw this and thought of this for my daughter as an in between step before her own phone. I have had nothing but problems.It has a micro sd for added data but you cant always choose to add apps to card so it limits data. It drains battery extremely fast sometimes within a few hours. the battery gets very hot. It refuses to turn on or shut down the power button has to be held in to reset or battery has to be removed. it will sometimes refuse to charge. i was sold the wrong service plan so when i came to return it i was out of luck. I tried to exchange it for a new one but found it was discontinued. i tried contacting company but no luck there either so i paid a pretty penny for a piece of junk i cant use.

This was just the mp3 player we were looking for, for our grand-daughter.

The Trio mini is the perfect size for my cargo shorts pocket and I loved the updated OS, however, after about 6 weeks of carful use (no dropping), the glass cracked right in the middle, making the touch controls useless. I know if you put it in a back pocket and sit on it, it could bend and break, but that was not the case. My Samsung player lasted for years in the same front pockets without issue. The glass is just to thin and fragile to last. Shame too :( They don't make the Samsung in that size anymore.

Second one I bought in two months. The screen went black and wouldn't turn back on. And couldn't get to a best buy again within the tiny 15d day return policy. And had to get store credit. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

This is a poor quality MP3 players. #regretbuying#

Wanted to listen to music in my car. The volume is too low to hear. I wanted something to replace my old mp3 this was not it. Battery life is poor.

Not great at streaming media but works great for playing music.

This device works well. The only problem is that the shuffling between songs can get confusing.

I use this during work outs at the gym, and it is great. Compact with plenty of storage plus I can add an SD card.

Grandkids love it . It was for traveling purpose and it kept them busy.

Needed a MP3 player that could store more files. I like audio books when I workout and drive. I really like my old Sony MP3 player, sound quality is so much better than iXxxx devices I tested, but I can not add memory to the Sony. This android device locks up, crashes, freezes and is generally slow.

Love the size and feel of this product. Was given as a gift and the recipient loved it.

The system crashed after a week. Tried a new launcher, no luck. Can't recommend.
