I accidentally bought this thinking it was a smokeless indoor grill. Completely my mistake. It was on a great sale, and I didn’t read the whole description. But I am still very satisfied with the purchase. The grill side has worked great for burgers and chicken. And the griddle side has been great for breakfast foods (sausage, French toast, pancakes, etc). My only complaint is that there isn’t quite enough “tilt” towards the grease drain holes for all the grease to drain into the lower pan. And DO NOT try to tilt it manually, because the drippings will miss the lower pan, and your counter won’t be happy. (Learned that the hard way!)

I love my new indoor grill, it’s much better than my last one. It gives you real temperatures on its knobs, it cooks great and easy to clean. I am very happy that I upgraded to this one.

I love this grill. When I want to cook breakfast I can do multiple dishes at once and the cleaning is easy and fast. When I’m cooking a steak, it makes the perfect grill marks.. Awesome…

This works amazing. Even and quick cooking-we like it way better than our grill and easy to clean. And at an amazing price (just 20 dollars)-best purchase I have made in awhile.

Overall this is a great grill/griddle for cooking in house when the weather for the outdoor grill is not ideal. It looks great. Heats up fairly quick. And my wife who was first to make pancakes on it had very good results. And with it on sale so frequently, you likely get an amazing price on it. My only minor complaints. This replaced an old griddle that had the same size cooking surface as the PowerXL. Yet the PowerXL is much larger and more cumbersome to store. Nothing I see can lock the perimeter base to the cook plates when trying to store it sideways in the cupboard. It just falls apart. And most importantly, The cord is pathetically short, barely over a foot long. That makes it cook food under the cabinets without an extension cord.

I’ve had this for a better part of a month now and am very pleased thus far. Heats evenly and fits perfectly in the corner on the countertop until needed. Very easy to clean as well.

love this grill can cook 6 pancakes and turn over and cook 4 nice fat steaks this grill is small enough to put on counter or top of stove.It is easy to clean

My family loves pancakes on the weekend but the griddle I had needed to be placed on the stove, which never worked that well. I've wanted an electric grill/griddle for a while but the ones I'd looked at had that weird magnetic cord that falls out all the time and made it almost impossible to keep the right temp. This one has the cord that plugs all the way into the grill and doesn't fall out. I've only used the griddle side so far and I'm completely satisfied. Best wishes!

I purchased this as a deal of the day item for my mother, who usually makes pancakes from time to time. Since buying this item, she is using it for Pancakes as well as making sandwich Chicken Breasts quickly and easily. According to my mother she finds the simplicity of being able to rotate between two the Grill and Griddle very refreshing. Usually when you're buying a product like this you're getting one or the other. She also stated that cleaning this item is extremely easy. She's used this item over 20 times since it's been purchased and she told me that she couldn't be happier.

I’ve used this grill about two times already and I have no complaints honestly other than the fact that I just wish it had a cover and the whole taking it apart to get the grease out of the corners inside is a little bit of a hassle but other than that I really liked it.

Got this on sale and it was such a great purchase. It have a side to grill steaks and other side to make pancakes. This is my go to for quick grilling.

I use this primarily for making pancakes and it works well. Just warm it up and coat it with a little butter and you are good to go. Fluffy golden brown pancakes are on the way. I can make four at a time with the size being about 5 inches for each pancake. I also use this for French toast, good for four at a time as well. Easy to keep clean and ready to use. Definitely can recommend this.

Real Good Electric grill. I bought for my kids 12 and 15. Keeps them away from the stove. Easy to clean. Temperature is right!!

This indoor grill works great. Best part is the easy clean up. Would recommend to anyone looking. Although it is not smokeless.
