I love the fact that it is easy to flip from the grill side to the griddle side. It is non-stick but I do add a little olive oil when grilling steaks. There is a little smoke when grilling steaks but it’s very minimal. The clean up is fast and easy. The drip pan is removable. I’ve used it numerous times and so far no scratching on either side which is a plus.
