    I'm not a big fan of the wide plates. But bought this because it the price was not bad. Overall you can use it as it is intended to be used with the bar. It just doesn't work if you want to use it as a side ab bend, due to the width of the plates.

    Item in the specification says 2 for number of weights included. I unfortunately only got 1 plate delivered. Best buy customer service was able to take care of me and send me another one. For the price it seems like a good deal!

    Pretty good value for solid rubber bumper plates. Mine were both accurate for the 45lb plates and they do what they are made for.
