I recently received this chair free with the purchase online of an LCD TV. Having just moved into an apartment and furniture not schedule to arrive for a few weeks, this was a welcome gift. I was understandably dubious about the quality of the chair since it was being given away, and once I unpacked it, I wondered if it were going to be a challenge to assemble. Not at all. It was easy to assemble. The small tools needed were included with the chair hardware, and the instructions were quite clear. From unpacking to finished assembly took about thirty minutes. The black finish of the chair is eye-pleasing and the padding is quite comfortable. The steel-grey tubular circular base and arms are functional and semi-shiny, if not the greatest in fine design. The massage function works but I was not surprised to learn that the quality of the massage is what one might expect from a free chair. At the lowest speed, it is somewhat pleasant, while at the highest speed it jiggles and shakes the body ruthlessly. Is the chair worth the $350 price? Not to me. Is it a good chair for lounging, reading, watching TV? Definitely yes.

When i got the chair i was impressed with how easy it was to put together. The chair has settings that allow you to turn on the upper back or the lower back and you can set the intensity. This was definately a great value and i would recommend it to anyone.

I have no idea why everyone is complaining about the chair only vibrating, generally speaking, full high end massage chairs run atleast twice this price and most of the time 3-4x more. The chair looks nice, is ultra comfortable, and was amazingly easy to set up. There was seriously only about 18 or so screws and the necessary tools came with it. I was one of the people who got this chair free with my TV purchase and happen to just as satisfied with this chair as I am with my 1080p 120hz hdtv. Sure it only vibrates, but as relaxing as this chair is, that's all I need and expect for at the regular price.

I ordered this chair and it came as ordered. Nice contruction but I wish it was designed for larger people and the ottman was larger. Other than that.. this is a good one!

This chair even though free for me is very comfortable and easy to put together. The message isn't the best but def. worth it compared to some chairs that cost double or more than this one. Very easy to put together and again very comfortable.

I thought this chair was very comfortable and loved the added massage feature! Upgraded my office chair...decided then to get something for the living room..glad i did!

This chair is a joke. It is nothing but a vibrating chair. When you have the vibration on the top part, you cannot feel the vibration of the lower part of the chair. I received this chair as part of a HDTV purchase, but would have rather saved 200$ two days later and not received the chair. This is 100$ maximum. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...IT'S NOT EVEN A DEAL AT "FREE"...WAIT A WEEK AND SAVE MORE $$$ ON THE ITEM YOU WANT!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.

Vibrating chair should be the description..because thats all it do...vibrate... The Intensity setting and The 4 massaging heads are a joke!! The materials are cheap..I cant believe that this will cost around 300 bucks at retail... I got this for free for purchasing a 999bucks HDTV. I love my HDTV.

Very comfortable and light, worth the money. Would definetly reccomend.

Buddy of mine was so happy that he got a deal at best buy on hdtv and is gonna get a free massage chair. but when he recieved the delivery and we all opened it. it was a laughing moment.. couse this chair is a big JOKE. "IT VIBRATES IT DOES NOT DO MASSAGES".
