I gave it a three stars because of the price is a little steep for what is worth. Feels kind of cheaply made and the sound level was weaked. I think if the sound would have been loud to begin with rather than making the customer to wait for the app software updates, I would have kept it. Also the headphones seems difficult to take out of the charger. It was slippery and tight. I really wanted to keep this but I just couldn't get around the weak sound that comes out of it out of the box. Maybe this was rushed and needs to compete with Airpods. I don't think it was necessary. Other than that the support from the manufacturer was quick to responsed to my questions about the low level issues. I've had the skybuds for a week. The most important thing for me was to use the largest earbuds and twist them firmly in the ear. Once I did that, I had excellent sound. The bass was fine, and all the other frequencies seemed realistic. If your not getting good sound, it's probably because of the fit your using. So far, all functions seem to work normally. The only issue would be that they are expensive. I guess that's the price to have the latest technology.

I looked up quite a bit of reviews and videos before I decided to buy these headphones and I was impressed. I was looking for something without cords so I could workout with them. I bought these and I liked that they had an app and the carrying case is its own charger but sometimes the connections don't register unless the earphone is pushed down all the way so if you watch a video or listen to a song it will play through the bud that is in the case. (More of an inconvenience than anything) Also sometimes the buds become disconnected so when I take them out to put them in its kind of a hassle to get them connected again. I thought I could use them at work and just keep one in my ear while I walk around but you can ONLY listen to the right one independently. I was under the impression that either one could work on its own. The left one will only work if the Right bud is within 6 inches of the other one. On the website they say that the company will put out updates for the software to make it better. I don't know if its true or not. As far as the quality goes the sound doesn't go very loud, and often it doesn't drown out the ambient noise and there is absolutely NO BASE on these. Songs I listen to all the time sound completely different because some of the sounds just blur into the background. I use the medium sized buds on all headphones so I figured these would work but even the small ones hurt my ears after about 10 minutes. All in all, not worth it. Unless they update it to where there is more base and louder sound but I doubt that s possible because the buds are so small. Great concept, and they look great but not for me, going back to Bose in ear. Hope this helps.

I've been very happy with my pair of Skybuds. They came in a stylish charging case that was a little smaller than a deck of cards. The sound quality is excellent. They sound better than my Jaybirds and the battery life is about 3x as long. Stay in my ears even when bouncing around - I'm able to run / jump rope w/o issue. Highly recommend these for people looking for a premium set of earbuds.

I bought my wireless earbuds in person at Best Buy, and it checked off all the boxes I was looking for. The fit was perfect, more comfortable than any other buds I've worn. And I am someone that doesn't usually enjoy buds because they hurt my ears. On top of that, the sound quality was quite strong. Would recommend to friends, and probably will!

Skybuds is incredible!! The sound quality is amazing . They also fit comfortably and one has a choice of 3 tips.i love the fact of no wires and nothing on my head, especially at the gym.finally, a product design that works for all of us. Form, Function, Fit & Finish... all stunning. Liberating experience to break free from wires while never having to worry about a charge. From running, to working to traveling, these fit every bill and with sound quality on par with around-ear offerings. Microphone could be better in noisy environments - do not recommend for calls when in transit, but fine when stationary. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with my new SKYBUDS! Epic sound quality with deep base and clarity at all ranges - how did they do that in such a small package?! And all with a battery that lasts for hours - i'm still listening on my first charge after 5 hours! Perfect pairing with my new iPhone 7. Apple may have removed the jack, but SKYBUDS solved the problem. THANK YOU SKYBUDS!!!

Purchased these because im tired of waiting on the Airpods. They are a bit pricey as the Airpods are actually cheaper. I first tried them in the gym and they stayed in great, also thought they would hirt my ears, great news they did not. Sound is actually decent and battery life is ok, the case charges them back to full really quick. They also have a find my earbuds feature thats not to bad to use. Updating the software is a pain as it takes about 3 hrs and you have to leave your phone screen on while you do it.

I've been using the Skybuds for a few weeks now and I love them: the sound is amazing, it fits very comfortably and the design is great. I love that it easily connects to my phone via Bluetooth and the convenience of the Skydock for easy charging. I also own a Bose over ear noise cancelling headphone and the Skybuds rival the quality and noise cancelling effect. Worth every penny.

The sound and connection quality on the Skybuds headphones are better than anything else on the market. This product is re-writing the rules. Absolutely revolutionary. It's SKYBUDS!

Returning. While the tech involved here is great, they are very uncomfortable in my ears. Also the sound volume is very low even if turned up as loud as the iPhone will go.. Can barely hear on a public bus and not at all on a subway or an airplane. Not usable for my purposes.

I bought both these and the Sol Air Amps to compare. The Skybuds connect really well and seem to be "smarter" than the Air Amps but the sound quality was terrible. It was very muted, just way to quiet. I unpaid and repair a couple of times to make sure I didn't do something wrong. I even had comply foam eat tips to see if the better seal would help the sound but it didn't. To compare, the EarPods that come with iPhones are far superior in sound quality. I returned the Skybuds.

I originally went to purchase the Apple Air buds, but settled for these. Same price, and the Best Buy associate we're talking them up big time. I've had them for a few weeks, and they don't charge like they should, I let them charge for two days, and battery still dead! I receive notifications that say I left my headphones when their in my hand. You can't use them independently, if the right headphone is dead. You're out back. I will be returning these ASAP!

Great earbuds! I did a review video that might help some of you to decide. Go to YouTube and type in"Skybuds truly wireless earbuds" done by Travis Watson. That video should help a lot of you with your decision. I gave four stars because there is always room for improvement.

The sky buds is a pretty good earbud. It has some pretty good audio quality and better than average range. I often wear for runs and it performs well. Occasionally the buds fall out, but the functionality helps me overlook it. I would recommend it for athletes and general music enthusiast.

the fit is great - creates an amazing seal in your ear which creates really solid passive noise cancellation. worked out and sweated with them and had no issue with them falling out. battery case with charge on the go is very convenient - that was one of my biggest problems with other wireless pairs i've owned - always forgot to charge and would frequently find them with the battery dead when i wanted to use them most. i think the sound quality is excellent and i've owned bose, beats, bang olufsen, etc.

No wires is the best. Really good sound and connection- no complaints at all. App looks cool.

The Skybuds are amazing. The fit perfectly in my ears and the sound quality is awesome. No more strings to wrap around your head. 4 hours battery life per bud is perfect for most fitness routines.
