    I've always been impressed with the quality of Tumi products. Within a couple of weeks the silver volume buttons fell out. The magnetic card holder didn't have enough strength to hold the card carrier when it was put into a pocket. I am comparing it to the strength of the magsafe charger magnet. Now not just the buttons are missing, so is my driver's license, a gift card, credit card and the card holder also is gone, so i doubt I can return it. I'd recommend not using the card carrier. Furthermore, it lacks the serial number that all otherTumi products carry, to facilitate the return of the item.
