    After purchasing this product the download I received to activate the software did/will not work. I downloaded the exact same software from Amazon and it installed seamlessly!

    I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years and probably will continue for another 15. TurboTax is easy to navigate and the program looks for oversights that helps users get larger refunds. I highly recommend TurboTax for secure and accurate tax filing.

    Turbo comes in the stand alone desktop version (which this is) or you can run it from their server. I like everything on my laptop and intuit only sees it as I e-file. There are a lot of levels of service from you do it all to they do it all. Take time to research the options that work best for you. I like this one, I can start at the basic level and if I get into more questions I can upgrade to a higher level for more help. That worked last year - maybe not this year. Check the web site to be sure. I have used it for years and feel I am doing OK but of course there is no guarantee that I didn't miss deductions because I didn't know.

    I have used different versions of Turbo Tax for more than 15 years. Even with a complicated situation, the program will guide you through it. If you purchase a version with a free state, it will transfer all the pertinent information to your state return which makes it easy to prepare any state return, even if you are not familiar with that state's rules. I highly recommend Turbo Tax for anyone from beginners to seasoned preparers.

    Cheapest price I could quickly find online (< what intuit would sell me directly). Tiny bit of a hiccup getting the authorization code to verify.

    Electronic version made it easier to DL the program and immediately start working on my tax return. It does seem like getting help from TurboTax is getting harder. I had my return rejected twice, and finally had to figure out the problem on my own after trying to reach TurboTax and the IRS.
