Buying Turbo Tax Busi.(Corp) - Never again

After receiving the download instructions and license code in an email from BBY, I have tried to install the software to no avail. Contacted BBY, BBY forums, was pushed off to Intuit trying ti get help with this. Spent the last week trying to get a refund for the purchase I could never download. I will never buy a digital copy from a retailer again. Always bought CD copy in the past. Hoping Intuit will refund the purchase bc I finally got a request for refund through the system, mind you, the form does not even display a choice for the TTX Business corp software. It truly been a nightnare that I wish I had never purchased. And it’s ecpensive at $169.99 before taxes.
