Been using for years. Easy program to use. The only con was the program sometimes will suggest to get the most money back for your tax situation upgrade to a specific turbo program. It feels like how video games are with dlc, it starts off at lower price & gets more expensive to get the full function of the program. Overall it works good enough.

I have used Turbotax for the last 8 years. It imports your information from the previous tax year. This cuts down on the time it takes to prepare your taxes, It also compares the current filing to the previous tears filing. I use the deluxe version as I also have to file state taxes. It comes with one e-file, so I only have to pay for one. Overall pretty easy to use as it guides you through step by step. I will likely continue to use Turbotax if my tax situation remains the same as it has been.

Struggling to choose between TaxAct, TaxCut, turbotax, free options and an Accountant, turbotax fits my needs appropriately. It will import the documents i need and import last years taxes with out paying an accountant. The forms are easy to use. I don't have any complex needs (small business etc) that needs an Accountant and I'm able to complete in time. CONS: You pay for extra states (I'm a 2 state income family) and pay for filing. Not giving 5 stars as intuit lobbies aggressively.

Have used TurboTax for years. If you have a straightforward return, this product works. If you have an unusual tax situation, you will need to do additional research and read all of the help-center advise. I appreciate that you can submit an inquiry and a professional will respond and correspond to resolve the tax situation.

TurboTax - Deluxe 2021 Federal + E-File & State - Windows, Mac OS-I love this tax program and I have been using it since 1998 and I have my daughter using it. It is simple and easy and I now e-file my federal taxes, but I mail in my DC Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now, and I have never had issues. Some years my husband I would have multiple W-2s, different deductions and other slightly more complex issues. Turbo tax always walks me through it all, step by step.

I've used TurboTax for many years and this version doesn't disappoint. There was one issue that I noticed and a search on their user board indicated it was a recently reported issue and allowed me to be notified when it was fixed. Within a week a new release fixed the issue.

Since it is a week before Christmas I haven't installed it or even thought about it yet. But if it is anything like the previous years which I have been a customer 20+ years I foresee no problems. It does a great job covering everything I need to complete my taxes and highly recommend the program

As easy as fill in the blanks. Nothing to do with Best Buy. The Turbo Tax sign and send is a little confusing. My wife and I file jointly the instructions for electronically signing and the info requested is not really necessary. My wife does not have a w-2 so why all the questions.
