I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years and would not approach tax season without buying the current year version. I still prefer buying the disk, rather than the download, so am grateful it is still available. It makes tax return preparation as simple as possible.

I haven’t used TurboTax for a few years, but returned to it this year because my situation was less complex than in recent years. The program is much more user friendly now. I was able to e-file my federal and state returns and received my refunds very quickly!

My first time using this product was mostly positive. The one drawback for me was that it wanted me to fill in dependents info even though i claimed no children. It would not let me file until i filled in the data. I called and got some help deleting the info it was asking for. Getting to a live person was hard.

I have used TurboTax for years. It makes a complicated process so much easier and has program variations that address different types of returns. A real help if you have a business, are an investor, or simply need to complete your individual tax return.

Purchase every year and plan to continue the trend. It is extremely easy to use and will walk you through every step imaginable. You do not have to know a thing about taxes and feel confident you are doing it correctly.

TurboTax asks simple questions and produces complete and accurate tax returns. I never have been audited but if I were I feel confident all the detail and backup created and saved by TurboTax would help me prepare for a successful audit.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I have never been audited. It seems fair and reasonable. I once had to use a tax advisor for a particular issue, it cost me over $1,000 so the cost of TurboTax is well worth the cost.

This is an Excellent Tax Program. I use it every year because it keeps you up to date on tax laws, imports your last years data from turbo, guide you step by step and double check your figures as you complete your return.

I've used this software for a number of years, so the product is a known entity to me. The key determinant is price and Best Buy matched a lower price from Sam's Club, so all is good. I wish the e-file for state was also free like the federal, but it is what it is.

This does what its supposed to do, but honestly can't actually love something about doing taxes. The biggest thing is that it can help anyone walk through taxes and you can always save and finish later which is a big plus.

I have not done my taxes yet as I am waiting for k-1s and w2. Have used turbo tax for the last 15+ years. It is a very good product and you can do them as you have time. Hard to throwing something at it that it can’t handle.

I have not done my 2021 taxes yet. This will be the 12th year in a row, that I have used turbotax. It guides you through every aspect of doing your taxes. Nothing could be easier. I know my taxes are done correctly.

I used it for over 20 years and never had a problem. Just followed the step by step instruction and was finished in about one hour. Filed my State and federal taxes no problems happy to use this TurboTax Program

Excellent product. Been using it for years which simplifies it even more (ability to import prior year data, even run a prior year instance of the program to see how you handled certain tax situations)

I have used this software for 10 years now. It makes doing my taxes quick and easy. Importing all my personal info from the previous year and comparing the previous years data is really helpful!

I'm a long time TurboTax user. I have tried other software, but always come back to TurboTax. It just works, and this years version is no different. No other software offers a compelling reason to switch.

Works great for me Every time I use it I have no pot problems it’s simple and very easy to understand I use it every year for the past 10 years and I bought it at Best Buy’s most of the time

I have used TurboTax for over 12 years. I have something unique coming up for the 2021 tax year and I do hope the software will help me out. However, day in and day out TurboTax works great.

Automatically enters relevant information from previous year, saving time. Seems to be the best, and one of the few, applications available. Deluxe seems quite adequate for normal situations.

Great product if your starting to do your own taxses. Pretty much helps you through everything you need to do your taxes and its quick and easy to use.
