Nobody I know likes preparing their taxes but TurboTax makes it less painful. Federal and State forms are completed by filling in the blanks as the program leads you thru the whole process.

My husband prefers using this tax program. It is familiar to him, easy for him to carry over from one year to the next. I appreciate that I can use Best Buy rewards to reduce the cost of purchasing the tax program. Since it is digital it is ready to use after confirmation of purchase.

I am one happy camper since I purchased the turbotax deluxe digital software online. The software is very user friendly and I was finished doing my taxes in about 45 mins. I used to be hesitant about doing my own taxes not anymore since there is a review for errors toward the end.

Benn using TurboTax for years to do my taxes. The software loads easily enough, updates are kept current and completion of the tax forms are rather easy when directions are followed. I enjoy using TurboTax and completing my taxes as much as anyone can enjoy doing their taxes.

It was easy to install however during the process halfway, it became glitchy and miscalculated something. I started back from scratch and it fixed itself. Advise to purchase auditing and protection. Good for simple +state filing.

I don't love dealing with a monopolistic company that lobbies against a simplified tax code—but but I gotta do taxes. At least Best But helps me save some money on the app.

Turbo Tax is the best tax software out there. Easy to load last year's taxes and stays up to date.

I went to Best Buy and purchased TurboTax Deluxe for 2022. This is the first time I purchased it in downloadable form. The instructions Best Buy provided for downloading this product were easy to follow. Turbo Tax is a great product for completing your taxes.

I have been using turbo tax for around 10 years now. It is easy to follow and has the help id needed. I would defiantly suggest using this if you new to doing taxes.

Turbotax from Best Buy is a great purchase. Competing price and reliable. Don’t go for the low ball offers online from random websites. I know tried them and got burned and had to fight to get my money back.

I use Turbo Tax, it's easy to understand never had any issues while doing my taxes. I really recommended, If you are doing it for the first time or use a different program, give Turbo Tax a try, you would not be disappointed

Easy way to do taxes. I've been using TurboTax for years. It gets even easier after you use it the first year. I just wish the state portion was free to electronically send. The download was easy. No complaints.

Pretty cool. I bought this and the next thing I knew it was loaded on my computer, just like magic!!! Well, magic isn't real, so it couldn't have been like that really. So, maybe more "whoop there it is".

I had a problem downloading the software I really would like to use a disc. I got a pop up that said I either used the code too many times or someone else has used it or I had a virus

I use Turbotax every year. For the most part its ok. I run into the same issue each year when I get to the payment screen for State efile. The screen is too large so you cant see the selections and defaults to trying to upsell you. Have to play a game of using tab to land on the selection I want that I can see. Ctrl + or minus doesn't work. Frustrating as I see others have the same issue.

It works and easy to use for simplified tax return. Unfortunately as taxes are mandatory you can chose the options to file it. Worked until now.
