I have used TurboTax for the past few years and have found Best Buy to have the best price. This year with the pandemic I used curbside pickup and it was great. Turbotax allowed me to reuse last years personal info and that saves a lot of time. It covers all of my income and deduction data and Includes the online e-File to IRS. It was accepted by IRS on same day. Awesome!

TurboTax - installation was very easy. If you have used TurboTax in the previous year, the information will be populated. This is a benefit as on can review your previous years inputs and also determine if there is something you missed or there is a new line item. The review process is very helpful. It will assess your inputs and provide you an IRS audit probability; low, medium or high. In addition, TurboTax offers audit consultation. This is an excellent benefit if you happen to land in a medium to high probability of audit. I have been using TurboTax for 20 years now and have always been happy with the ease of entering my data and ultimately filing my return electronically.

I’ve always enjoyed TurboTax, and wasn’t disappointed this year. I enjoy this product because it helps submitting my taxes easy. When I have received any refunds, it didn’t take long. I also enjoy this software going over everything I entered for accuracy.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I like it because it is easy to use. It also remembers my info from the previous year and makes it faster to up date for the current years. The deductions covered also meets my needs.

Most of the time it is easy and straightforward to use. Sometimes, though, it can be difficult and hard to understand. For example, it asks about health savings plans, but the queries are unclear and confusing. Probably messed this one up and will get a letter from the IRS wanting more money.
