turbo tax continues to do my taxes just fine. Has more security questions before submitting return which is good.

No problem installing the software, no issue after the installing and is running like it should

I was surprised the Deluxe did not include a free state return this year

Completed my 2019 taxes and filed them as usual with this software.

Average tax software. You have to upgrade to more expensive versions for fairly simple tax issues like mutual fund sales. To file electronically you have to have a PIN that is not obvious if you did not use Turbotax the year before.

have been using Turbo tax for 20 years. If your income is not too complicated, you can do it yourself with this. I don't have investment real estate, just ordinary income and investment income. I think if I had real estate income ( depreciation etc) I might not use this. But for salary, interest income, dividends it's easy. They walk you through it and you can research topics that apply to you.

Have not used yet, could not tell you. Have used with great success in previous years.

I would return this product if allowed. This was not helpful as I had to read the IRS instructions. It is very difficult to save the document and go back and edit. I do use it to confirm my calculations; this is a waste of my money. I did not want to download this software onto my computer, but I had too in order for it to work properly. It would be helpful if you do not have accounting/tax knowledge and/or for simple returns if you do not want to complete the IRS Forms yourself. It does have a feature where you can import your data from the companies (ie, financial institutions, employers, etc.); however, I did not use this feature since I was unsure about the security. I could not locate any instructions on how to use this product. Help information appears to be comments from other users. I do not recommend this product.

Works but probably could have just use the free version. check before buying

This TurboTax deluxe did not include the free state, however it was priced exactly the same as other merchants were selling that included state. It popped up when I searched for TurboTax deluxe with state. I bought it & then had to buy another that included state. I will not buy TurboTax from Best Buy again. I see from reviews others had the same misleading experience.
