Not as user friendly as prior versions

Check your OS version before buying

My iMac is also old so I cannot do any further upgrades to the OS. I can't get ahold of anyone at Best Buy customer support to return this item. Waste of $40.

It won’t work with what I have

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It never says that it doesn’t work for iPad apple iPad a “MAC” but no it doesn’t work so I can’t so my taxes now since I don’t have the money to buy another one since I lost my job 2 months ago I tried to get an exchange and the guy I was chatting with told me I had to call and every time I call I wait over an hour and no one answers I thought that Best Buy was a great store but I guess not

Didn’t work so bought directally from Turbo Tax

I ended up buying another digital one from the turbo tax website which worked great and could sync with irs.gov.

be careful - mac only for digital download

There's a separate pc digital version item here on best buy. i almost bought this and barely noticed the "mac" on the checkout. (not trying to give this a rating and recommendation, but the software requires)
