Long Time Turbotax User

It's consistently made the annual ordeal easier to navigate and complete. Intuit is an appropriate brand name as its tax software is especially intuitive to use. My only complaint is that the cost keeps rising with each year's release. I'm paid nearly three times for the 2021 version than I did for the same thing a couple years ago. I'd like to see discounted pricing dor digital downloads over physical versions. I can highly recommend Turbotax for those who are comfortable doing their own returns. I get the largest refund every year, while saving over half of what I'd have to pay a pro.

Good for Small Business Owners, But Needs Improved

For the most part it is fairly easy to navigate, with lots of step-by-step instruction. But the layout and design is very stale and hasnt changed much at all the last several years. They also don't do a good enough job of extra explaining certain things for the normal person. They offer lots of question marks where you can learn more about something, but it still isnt explained in normal terms for people who are not accountants.
