    I had used TurboTax several years ago from the disc and was very happy with it. This time I got the digital version and had trouble with the downloading. The feature of importing some of my 1099 did not work on this either. I tried to get it to work for several hours over 2 days and just could not get it to work. I don't know if it was because it was the digital version or because of changes in the program since I had last used turbotax in the past. I tried the the help and it required a payment that the program said I would get back when I filed my taxes. I just could not get the program to work so ended up paying for a TurboTax download that simply would not work for me.

    unable to download this to my chrome book and customer service was no help.

    The online version with ongoing tax refund cant be transferred correctly to the desktop version . I was forced to buy both, 235 dollars total { 105 online federal + 50 online state + 80 desktop both } to do one simple operation .... nightmare !!! and You cant return it !!!!
