I have used multiple turbotax programs. The software is easy to use & is just another great product put out by them.

Great product that walks you through step by step on how to accurately file your taxes. I’ve used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years and I could not be happier! I am able to import information from my brokerage account without having to manually enter the information. The help section is also very useful when you are not sure of something. Filing is done electronically for both federal and state. I highly recommend this product!

I think they should change the product to be for a single individual, or a couple (joint filing), or a family, with different price points but full turbotax functionality. They should let you do federal and state taxes and efile for as many people as are on the primary return, say, you have a dependent child that also needs to file. I was quite disappointed to get to the end of my state return, and find out it would cost me more to efile it than I was getting back as a tax return. I really did not expect them to try to charge for filing one state return. Postage was way cheaper, so, minus a star.

Very thorough questions, and the program allows entering data on forms, in the unusual event that that is necessary.

Does what is says on the “tin.” Although I rarely have enough deductions to take anything other than the standard, it is still very convenient to auto populate info of my investment gains/losses, into my form, from IRS forms, just in case. This is what this version of Turbo Tax allows.

I purchase the intuit turbotax premier every year. It guides you through the tax preparation process step by step. There is also great online help that is available. I highly recommend purchasing this product to do your federal and state taxes.

I continue to use Turbotax Premiere because it makes it easy to organize the many facets of income that may or not be taxable.

It simplifies getting my taxes done but it is still aggravating going through the questions filling it out. There are terms and questions that are not clear to non-accountants - but this may be due to the IRS and not Turbotax (but TurboxTax can be better in clarifying). Almost impossible to get hold of the help line. Anwerrs/comments on FAQ/inquiries through their database is hard to understand. I still have not filed my California return becasue there is an erroneous entry on the K-1 sheet that TT flagged but won't allow me to delete; thus it will not file electronically. I paid the efile fee and have not asked for a refund yet since I am still hoping to get it corrected to file.

I use TurboTax every year. It did a good job of importing my info from the previous year and helps remind me of tax forms I might need each year.

Even if you don't have a cd/dvd drive you'd still be able to download the program. No charge for federal e-file. Great product. Easy to use.

Makes complex returns easy to do with its step by step approach. Best Buy matched the price and I am completely happy.
