I have used TurboTax for over 25 years and would never consider using anything else. It is easy to use; it helps you find your mistakes, it provides a compact package of your filing and filing using the efile option is easy, trouble free and very efficient.

This was my first time ordering the digital download. I found it a little cumbersome to initiate the actual download/install. However; once installed the program was very easy to use.

When I wanted to get a TurboTax Premier, I want to great, Best Buy first. A good Employee took me to where TurboTax was available. The price on the day was the same or chose as Amazon. I then bought the TurboTax from great Beat Buy.

Happy to buy it on sale, first time using it as always used a tax preparer. Easy to use...felt confident after completing the project even though I am an old, non-tech/computer guy who has very little knowledge of computers.

Asks you questions that makes it easier to understand than by reading the actual tax forms alone. Been using this software for many years and will continue to do so.

excellent, although there were some quirky things with form 5695, asking me for an extra copy of the form that I didn't need I got my state tax refund in about a week.

I just finished up my taxes for the 12th year in a row using Turbo Tax. Intuit make it so simple! I would not use anything else. I added the audit defense and state filing costs for ease and added protection.

having to register with intuit and establish an account for my desktop turbotax created noting of value, only confusion. the deskktop version, once registered, worked fine.

Used this for myself and two adult kids, continues to be a simple, straightforward product to use.
