The Turbo Tax product was very helpful in preparing my tax return for 2023, and the personnel in Best Buy answered all of my questions on the spot.

Intuit Turbotax is pretty easy to install and is good for leading step by step entering of taxes or allows you to enter the items you want to select.

I have been using Intuit Turbotax for many, many years. It's easy to follow and complete. I will not use anything else. I recommend everyone to try Turbotax.

Easy install on Mac, but difficult at times to Edit entries, as complete screen is not readily visible.

I've been using Turbo Tax Premier edition for at least the past ten years. Every year I was able to use the same product code to install on three computers, using three separate accounts. The 2023 version will only allow me to install on one computer. What's going on, WHY ??

Really easy to use!!! Information is imported from prior year, which makes process for new year a lot easier. I also like the check feature.

They no longer offer the software on a physical disc but the download process was easy. This is the version you need if you have investments to include in your tax return.

I had been using the HR Block premium software for a number of years this year I decided to switch to the TurboTax equivalent program. Downed the program and tried to upload my old H&R Block files to the TurboTax. Unfortunately, after trying for over an hour and a half doing all sorts of tweaks, was unable to do so. it would not import the EDF or any other files that I had on H&R Block. I called the support people and they spent close to an hour trying to help me in this bed after sharing my computer screen with them and all they want me to do they were unsuccessful as well. the guy at TurboTax sent me a link saying that I could click on that and return the CD and they would credit me with the money. I don’t know whether this was peculiar to my case but I didn’t have trouble so just a heads up. The reading is based on in ability to download from an arrivals.
