This headset has great sound for the price. Extremely straight forward set up without complicated software. Battery lasts at least 12 hours. Only downside is that sometimes mic picks up noise when in the “off” position which is annoying to others. Over all happy with purchase.

They are very comfortable and have great sound for gaming. But have had some issues with them not connecting sometimes have to restart my controller, headset,or some times my console.

This is my 3rd or 4th headset over the years. Its batter life much better then my old pair that I paid 4xs the price 3 or so years ago. The sound is almost the same, i have to admit old pair was better. However, the directional "surround sound' feeling is still there. The only knock I have is they are not as crisp and the base is so much worse. Like I said for the price I paid they are so worth it comparing them to my old set.

It's a good headset, long battery life. No complaints on the microphone. People can hear me. Only thing keeping from a 5 Star is the construction. The pivot has separated a bit on one side and the ear cup is a bit floppy now. Not an issue while It's on, Just need to be more careful when I take it off.

Great sound quality and wearing comfort, even though this wasn't the cheapest model available. I listened to several alternatives before selecting this one. However, I wish Best Buy had classical or full orchestral samples in their choices. This genre REALLY helps you select the best quality.

Has two connectors, one for headphones and one for microphone, which was essential when setting up my PC for gaming. No issues with drivers or any installation, just plug and play with great sound quality and comfort.

These headphones, which I bought for my son for Christmas, sound suprisingly well. No issues with the fit, plugging them into the PS4, or anything else. We had a problem where the 3.5mm plug broke during the warranty period. I do not think it was Turtle Beach's fault, as my son told me that he left the plug inserted into his DS and put both into a backpack, which then bent the plug. I do not really think that's the manufacturer's fault. I contacted them via online chat, explained the entire scnerio, including what my son did, and they shipped me a replacement set of headphones within the week. The chat conversation took about ten minutes. That sort of response and support will make me buy from this company again.

this headset is actually dope. it sounds amazing and i can actually wear my glasses with it when i decide to take out my contacts. top tier product for sure!

This is a very good headset. Very comfortable to wear. Mic is very good. Good depth perception. Mid range headset. For the price it's a good value buy

The sounds is great, they are comfortable and you can wear them with glasses due to the way the padding in the ear cushions is cut.

The headset was tested and works on Xbox One S, PS4, and on a Switch Lite. The last two worked instantly once jack was plugged in. The Xbox, on the other hand, I had to update the controller with the headset plugged in to get it to work. headset does come with a charging cord. My only complaint is that the ear pieces swing too easily but that's only a minor complaint. Otherwise, it is a very good headset for a person with multiple game systems.

Only odd thing is you have to charge them and still have them plugged in. Seems kind of odd if you ask me. I would look for a set you just plug in and go. Other then that great head set for the money.

Picked this up on sale and it has great sound and is pretty comfortable.

The sound is good the quality is good but the fact you have to charge it to use it and it's not a wireless not Bluetooth you literally just have to charge it to use it

This item performs great for the price. The mic is clear and sturdy. The sound quality is great as well. You listen through the headphones or through the headphones and your TV speakers.

Easy to use and extremely loud if you blast it. The sounds are clear and crisp and the mic sounds phenomenal on the other end. Great features too. Highly recommend this model.
