I know it’s not the Switch because Beats speaker and mic works with my same unit. Customer Service took three days to refer me to their website, of course I already checked it. Dud of a Christmas present, sorry my son.

Sadly they stopped working about a month ago (wiring problem) and they are no longer returnable. This is so frustrating since my 14yo saved his own money for these to buy a "good" set of headphones to play video games with.

My son could hear the other players in the game, but they could not hear him. I tried all kinds of trouble-shooting, but nothing helped. Glad that Best Buy has an excellent return policy.
