It's a required item for turtlebeach headphones that were compliant for ps3 when switching over to ps4. I did get interference noises constantly and have not found the source to be from something in home; so it's questioning how great this conversion is. It is very annoying that my wireless headphones are now wired due to the switch towards ps4.

Bought as a gift along with Turtle Beech headphones because of a suggestion on check out page. Grandson says they weren't needed.

I got this cable for my turtle beach px 5 headset to work with the ps4, however everyone compains I sound broken up, I have to keep unplugging the cable and plugging it back in, or just hold it in with my thumb for them to hear me, just buy a new headset if you can swing it. Not impressed.

Turtle Beach ear force ps4 chat cable is a needed accessory for chatting on ps4 and xbox one using old headsets. It is essentially a 3.5mm to 2.5 mm cable that specifically works with xbox 360/ps3 Turtle Beach headsets. It's a bummer that is it a proprietary cable that Turtle Beach can charge a premium for but it works and that's what matters most.

It stinks that I had to buy this, but that isn't Turtle Beach's fault, Sony should just add the headset's bluetooth profile to an update. Anyway, this cable plugs into the controller, then into the headset. Works perfectly.

Great chat cable for All TurtleBeach Headsets! This was a lifesaver for me because I got a PS4 and really wanted to use my old headset. And this was the fix!

Used it for my Xbox 360 turtle beaches x12 I purchased along time ago. Works perfect on ps4 now. Still a lot of cables but same with any wired headsets

Simple but clean solution to integrate your existing turtle beach headset and the new optical audio interface on the PS4. Guys in Best Buy did a great job on advising on the clean and easy way to do the connection. Nice job on the new store remodeling Best Buy!!

My son is a huge gamer and I had bought him the turtle beach headphones and he then needed the chat cable for his PS4. He loves it.

Allows use of my old wired X11 headset on my PS4. This item replaced the previous 2.5mm to 2.5mm cable that went from my xbox 360 controller to the volume control on the headset. Wire is LONG. Would be 5 stars if $10 or less.

Great addition to my gaming. Instead of purchasing another headset all I had to get was this... Beats paying anothe 100 for another headset

I bought this cable to use with my Astro A50 headset and PS4. This cable works perfectly, and thank god, because Astro doesn't offer one.

These cables worked to allow me to hook my PS3 headset up to my PS4. Saved us having to buy another expensive headset.
