I bought this overpriced, yet cheap headset. Wore it about a dozen times, and within two weeks of purchase, one of the flimsy plastic arms snapped. It wasn't tight so I wasn't stretching it beyond its intended use. It's just another cheaply made product for the well-respect gaming consumer. Run far, far away because this is junk.

Never having bought a Turtle Beach product before, I thought I would give these a shot....Immediately out of the box, poor sound quality due to, what im guessing is a poor solder or broken wire in the ear piece...not impressed
