Not the best headset

And why wouldn't I, these are Turtle Beach. Some of the best on the market... Umm, yeah, no! After a week I could no longer charge the headset. Called tech support, not much help there. Frustrated, I just threw them away. There are to many options out there to deal with sub par headsets and customer support.
