Ok so Bestbuy should've gripe at me for returning 4 headsets. But their demo was broken and I had to be sure which sound the best in a real world scenario. First I got PDP Afterglow NUR. Sound great, comfort great but the Mic is terrible. Next I got Turtle Beach 400 I love everything about it sound, bass, comfort (I have large ears) and detachable Mic. But something in me like the bass of PDP models so I tried PDP Afterglow KRAL. There's bass then there's bass. I played god of war and the bass was in overload. I hated it, also they crushed my big ears. I couldn't stand them no more than 10-15 minutes. I then tried Kraken USB model. Now some people brags that Kraken line is one of the best mostly the Chroma. The comfort was great but the sound was muted, hollow with no bass what so ever. Could be firmware I don't know but I hated Kraken USB PC/PS4 model. So I went back and got the Turtle Beach 400. Hands down Bass, Mid, Highs, comfort and with its detachable Mic it's the best. The cups are big enough to hold my big ears yet the overall size is smaller than the ones I've tested. Plus TB 400 has chat volume controls, presets, chat mute button and nice voice feedback to the settings you choose. NUR has that voice feature too but still the Mic suck. Kraken USB has no other way than to go to the ps4 menu to adjust volume and chat levels. Suck. TB 400 I'll tell all my friends about since in my opinion they're the best. PDP NUR controls matches TB 400 but has a wonky setup. KRAL is limited with just volume dial on the unit. Do yourself a favor and buy Turtle Beach 400.

Awesome had to buy digital optical box but not the vault of headphones.

I had purchased this headset to be used as a headset to connect to my iPhone, as well as to my laptop and to my PS4. I liked the wireless part of it, but the problem was, the wireless was for the PS4. I mostly had it connected to my iPhone for phone calls and music. To connect it to my iPhone required the use of the included cable. The technology built into it didn't take into account that audio may be coming through the connected cable instead of via the wireless signal. After 10 minutes, I would receive a warning that the headset was about to turn off. This happened to me multiple times while I was listening to my music on my iPhone while mowing the lawn. The warning was so faint, I couldn't hear it over the mower and the music. I returned this headset and purchased the HyperX - Cloud II Gaming Headset (SKU: 4505300)
