Was looking for an upgrade on my old cans and saw these. Great headset very loud and all kinds of settings built in. Came back a week later to find they dropped 20 bucks so I went to the register and they priced matched and gave me the 20 bucks. Great job bestbuy and turtle beach

They use micro usb for charging, they connect automatically, they have good crisp sound. The bass could be better, but overall these are excellent wireless gaming headphones

I had a set of turtle beach headphones before but these far exceeded my expectations!! Has several different sound functions that are noticeably different (bass boost, chat boost, treble boost, etc.). I definitely recommend anyone to purchasing these if you are contemplating!

I was pretty excited to be able to go wireless in my cramped bedroom, so I wouldn't have to worry about my headset cord snagging on anything. At first I was quite impressed with the sound, and the comfort of the ear muffs. However, within a week sound would just randomly drop out, making it impossible for me to communicate with friends online. I tried multiple ways to fix the problem, including updating the firmware, moving modems/routers, to no avail. I returned them and picked up a par of Astro A40TR. They're wired but they're comfortable and reliable. Dunno if I'll use Turtle Beach again as their build quality seems to be going downhill.

These wireless headsets work well. They pair with a small USB stick right away with no problem, and the sound is good to excellent. The only problem I found is that they are hot and heavy for prolonged use. I think an earbud system would be more comfortable even if you had to give up a little sound quality.

I love these - when they work. The problem I face is that in in game chat, specifically ESO, there are times when the sound drops out, or I get interference whichs cause a loud humming noise. The only fixes ive found so far are a hard reset on my XBox 1 or to remove the USB transmitter and reset it. Both options are less than optimal. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

Overall they are really good headphones. Sometimes the chat gets disabled. Just have to unplugbthe usb transmitter and plug it back in and it works. I prefer the wireless and wouldnt have wired given the option. Dont like these as much as my tritton warhammers for 360 but they still do the trick..

I love the 500x, but I like the 420x. Work great, stereo only. Nice that it speaks when you turn it on and mute, but cuts out chat when you mute and unmute to tell you it is muted. Great price, but miss having mic feedback and dolby digital. 800's suck, other brands are ok. Miss the 500x stealth's.

My honey had his mind set on the glo wireless headsets , but after going to Best Buy and talking to a sales person, I had to try the turtle beaches. My honey said ok he will try them and he's in love with the sound and everything about them. Thanks you guys !

Had an old set of x4s when they first came out. They were also "wireless" so i was worried about set up when buying these, so simple. Just plug in the usb to your xbox and it does everything else. Battery life is great! Highly recommended

My 2nd pair first ones didn't last that long. So far these are better

I was looking into buying a headset and I could not make a decision. Read reviews on this one and a friend of mine told me about this one, best purchase I have made! Headset is amazing and the superhuman hearing is like nothing else I've seen.

This is by far the best (non-custom) gaming headset that you can get. Unless you area playing professionally, you can't best the quality and value of this headset. I had the 420x, and now the 420x+, both have preformed beyond expectation!

Headset was easy to set-up and use. Sound is clear and does cancel out some outside sound. My issue with this product has to do with it dropping sync with my Xbox. Seems like about every 2nd or 3rd time I turn on, it drops and will not reconnect. Have to reconnect each time.

Great headset would definitely recommend has a lot of settings that I really like and it's nice between no voice chat and game volume you can decide you know which one you want and I would definitely recommend this to a friend
