Good headset that is affordable for anyone that doesn't want to pay the big bucks. Was able to hear everything that I should be hearing in a game

Compared to my last headset these are pretty good. The only thing I don't like about them is the charging input. Seems to fragile. Reasonably priced

The performance of this headset is awesome it gets very loud it's almost scary but the plastic material is pretty cheap so be gentle with them lol.

I know there attempt better headsets out there, but not for 99 dollars. That's what I paid. Overal it's worth every penny and its 5.1 surround not that fake virtual surround sound.

The sound quality is decent but this headset would be much better with a few tweaks. First, the headset seems a bit small and starts to bother my ears after an hour or so of use. Second, all the controls are on one side of the headset which makes it difficult to determine what you're pressing or scrolling when wearing them. It would be much better if they moved some of the controls like the mic volume and mute button to the other side.

Nice loud can hear every thing just make sure u run the optical cable to the sub doggle to the ps4 optical port or u won't be able to control the voice and game sound separately

This review is in reference with use of the PS4: This headset from Turtle Beach is on par with Sony PlayStation's Gold Wireless Headset. Both this and PlayStation's own headset have great quality of sound. The retail price of the Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 500P headset is overpriced compared to Sony PlayStation's cheaper price. I purchase these Turtle Beach headsets when they were on sale. In terms of comfort, I prefer Turtle Beach's higher end line of headsets and Sony PlayStation's Gold Wireless Headset. Everything works well with these Turtle Beach headsets, but in the price range, in the end it is not worth it when you can get the same quality of sound and better comfort for cheaper with the Sony PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset.

These headphones are "plug and play"; they take 1 minute to setup! With quality surround sound, and user-friendly controls, these are easily the best headphones for the price.

I kept reading that they break after a few used. And that they were not too good. But I've had these for a while now and they're amazing. Couldn't have asked for any better.

I had been using some old BEATS headphone for my PS4 and I found them to be very uncomfortable after an extended use. These headphones are perfect for gaming and also provide robust sound quality for listening to music. I have had no issues with these being uncomfortable, in fact, its quite the opposite. The wireless use is really nice and has a pretty decent range. If you have the cash to spend I'd recommend.

This Headset is very light and comfortable to your head. It doesn't give you that crushing felling on your head if you wear it for long periods of playing. The sound is awesome although not that good if you use it with music media like iPhone or iPod but its not really that bad its just missing some bass. Set up is very easy , its like plug and play. Its completely wireless and the range of connectivity is awesome compared to the PX4.

Pros - PRICE! as compared to the xbox variant, this model is cheaper, and higher quality in my personal opinion. leather ear rests are just one of the features. another thing i might add is that when i purchased these, a best buy employee insisted that these wouldnt work for Xbox One, however, they absolutely do work for xbox one in case anyone is wondering. highly recomend. great sound quality!!! Cons - not fully wireless for xbox one. still have to have cord connected to controller. battery life is nowhere near 12 hours. i would say closer to 5 consecutive hours. in all, the cons do not outweigh the pros. still highly reccomend

I love the sound. The way you can adjust gaming volume and chat seperate from each other's is a big plus for me. The surround sound is very helpful when playing multiplayer.

Bought these for my 'gamer' for Christmas. He loves them. He likes being able to walk around while waiting for a game to start and still talking to his friends. Good purchase :)

Long battery life, not bad sound, had issues with the mic not being very loud even when I had all my volume settings all the way up.

My husband has never said anything bad about them. Out of the blue the other day he thanked me for getting them. Which was odd. Durable our 1.5 year old hasn't broken them

Bought this because I needed an USB connection mic. I'm using the Xim4 and the PX4 connects via controller mic port. The plastic seems hollow, unlike other high end Turtle Beach headsets. The different sound presets are not as good as distinguishable as the PX4's. The headset extended at full width is about 80% of the PX4, squeezing my head. My hat size is 7 1/4 so you can use that as a measurement base. Material on the earphone makes that area sweat. Connection is easy, minor system sound setting configurations. The battery life so far is great. Lasts about 13 hrs constant play at high sound levels and full mic use. The mic arm isn't as adjustable as other TB mics. Great for the price though and a cheap option for using Xim4 or like devices. If it's your first headset, it wouldn't be a bad choice. If you have a mid to high end headset, you may want to stick with your current set up.

This headset has made the games and even the movies sound better! Just be careful when adjusting...the plastic is not the best.

For the price these are great. Not sure if i have been using them wrong because my game is way louder than the voice of my friends sometimes. Other than that i still love em.

The turtle Beach 500 XP is a very good headset for people that want to wireless headset for gaming and that is cheap :)
