I had the microsoft stereo headset but thought I would give wireless a chance. So glad I did, not to mention the surround sound is great.

Great value. Great to be fully wireless. Much improved over our last Turtle Beach headphones

This headset allows you to hear the action as well as talk with your friends. It allows you to be free from cords which is the most important part for me. One issue is that if you do not charge the headset every couple of days then you are out of luck, dead in the water. There is no way to use regular batteries so make sure you charge every couple of days.

The Stealth 500X was a replacement for my X42 as I upgraded to the XBox One from my old 360. I loved the X42 sound quality and value but it would no longer pair after the upgrade. The 500X is pricey but the DTS 7.1 sound is noticeably better and has a wide range of sound customization possibilities. The built-in chat mike and controls are a big plus for online gaming. Overall well worth the price and I am very pleased.

Love the surround sound and not being tethered to the controller.

This a very good headset that has one downside. They just don't get that loud. I guess I bought them thinking that they would come closer to living room surround sound, but they fall short in that department. However, besides not being as loud as I would like, they are very good and the sound is crystal clear. I would recommend them to anyone, but go in with expectations that the sound volume may not be what your looking for given the price tag.

Surround sound configuration is awesome. Very comfortable to wear for very extended periods of time

To be honest I have only ever had 3, including this pair. I purchased these to replace a set of After Glow headphones that while worked well for game only, sucked for chat and game in unison. These preform extremely well and hit all the marks for what I wanted. I can even use them for my computer and phone which is kinda cool, but not something I bought them for. Battery life is ok, but I would plug it in if you haven't charged them for a couple days and want to play a a long time with them.

The best thing about this headset is that it is truly wireless, that means no cords connecting anything to the headset it self. Most wireless heads still need to connect to the Xbox controller for the chat portion. This headset does not. My main complaint on turtle beach headsets are the buttons are hard to use when you have them on your head since you can't see them at all and they are not switches but push buttons.

Bought these for my son's birthday so he can play GTAV with friends online and he said it has helped his online gaming experience tremendously with the surround sound. Being able to hear where gunfire is coming from is key in being able to survive given the expanse area of the stages. Connecting to an Xbox One was simple. It took longer to unpack the headphones than to connect them. Again, a little pricey, but he loves them so I absolutely recommend if you have the cash to spend.

Everything came in box as described. Sound quality is great for gameS/movies. Couple of negatives- the aux headphone jack to use for cell phones was damaged out of box. The head set hurts for folks with bigger ears (read me). Recommended to stuff them with paper towels or other methods to expand after each use until comfortable fit is reached. Would certainly recommend this product.

This headset has been great, holding up well even after carrying with me in my luggage 4 times when traveling for work. The only fault I have found is a strange electrical noise that seems to be a channel or pairing problem I just paired it to the box again and noise went away it has happened twice in about 4 months they get daily use as I am a busy adult whom plays too much Xbox (at least that's what the wife says) ;p

I love these things the sound is great. Sound is awsome and no wires are a def plus for me.

This is an awesome wireless headset with customizable in game and in game chat volumes.
