I love turtle beach but one ear didn't work. :(

Also I have a pair 2 different kinds of TBs for years now. Anyway the sounds on one side were a lot louder then the other like only one side had background noise playing. So anyway love the brand but had issues with this item.

Purchased for the 2nd time

I brought them last year for my son and the ears stopped working. However, Turtle beach replaced them with no issue although they were a few weeks out of warranty. Hopefully that was a bad pair!!
