    My Turtle Beach gaming wired headset keeps me in the game. They block outside noise and that keeps me focused on my game.

    I had to return the product. It was not working. So I have yet to unbox and hook up the new product. So the jury is still out. I must say that the last several times I've been at the counter at this geek Squad area I haven't been very impressed with the customer service. I believe a little touch up would improve your business greatly.

    Will be going with a different brand next time. Every Turtle Beach headset with mic has had issues from cheaper sets to more expensive. The mic goes out or shortsomething out. Overtime there is poor sound quality and cracKlinger background noise. This is my 3rd set and happy I had the warranty. It will be the last set.
