It's more convenient, especially if you're someone looking to buy this for a child, otherwise I would never recommend this.

Mic Monitoring - Its that important
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased the XO Four and immediately returned them for lack of mic monitoring but thankfully Turtle Beach included them on One's. This headset is lightweight and sounds great but the construction isn't quite up to the level of the X12s. Another consideration is that the ear cups on the XO One's are a tad smaller than past Turtle Beach headsets so bear that in mind if you have larger ears. Otherwise, game on!

Save your money for a better headset

We have had nothing but static from this headset. I am glad we bought the two year replacement plan because we will be returning these.
