Comfortable to wear. Good sound quality. The volume control buttons could be improved. Good entry-level headset.

I've owned this headset for several months and while I really love the excellent sound quality, the build quality is highly suspect. Every adjustable part and swivel/pivot point on this headset is incredibly loose and is incredibly noisy which actually makes the headset uncomfortable over longer gaming sessions (more than an hour or so) for me because I wear glasses. I also own Turtle Beach's wireless Bluetooth headset and it while it costs about $200 more than this headset, I like this headset much better than the wireless one because of the weight, comfort and simplicity of use. These products really make me wish that MSFT would allow a Bluetooth dongle to be used with the Xbox One so I could use ultra lightweight A2DP headphones instead of these ridiculously heavy, poorly constructed products.. I have a pair of Sol Republic BT A2DP headphones that I use for GoTo and Skype meetings and I don't see why we can't just use this tech,as well.

Great quality headset, but even more impressive is the speech monitoring on the adapter. The adapter allows you to monitor the volume of your voice as well as the unintended breathing coming through the mic which brings me to my next point. This product is essentially incomplete, because without a windscreen even the slightest exhale the can hear the air aggressively running into the mic, On to the headset itself it has very good sound, probably on par with the Microsoft Stereo Headset. It is also pretty comfortable, although the Microsoft Stereo Headset is more comfortable hands down. The point comes up that these can be worn out for music purposes where the Microsoft Stereo Headset cannot. Which has a level of validity, but why anyone would wear gaming headphones out in the first place truly is beyond me. All that said the bottom line is that this is a good product, but not great and will require the purchase of a windscreen to improve the mic to an acceptable level of quality.

I actually purchased these after my Turtle Beach XO Ones stopped working after only a week. I was skeptical at first given that these are cheaper than Turtle Beach headphones. I did like the Bass Boost feature though and decided to give them a shot. I can safely say that these headphones excel in sound. The Bass Boost feature runs on batteries but can be turned on and off at will. To get the full effect from it, you will need to turn the headset volume up very loud (this can be done on the headset itself- another nice feature). It literally makes the headset rumble. I tested these on Rainbow Six Siege and had the headset way too loud. Ended up giving myself a headache, but the explosions and bullets never sounded better! Where the headset is weaker is in chat. It works fine, but friends have told me that I sound quieter than before. Also that I sound like I am in a tunnel. If you are buying these for the sound options, I highly recommend them. Know that you won't sound as clear in chat, but far from not being able to be heard at all.

I had originally went to Best Buy to purchase basic headphones for chat only and then saw these boys. The were a reasonable price and I love that you can hear the in-game action or tv shows. Its perfect if you want home audio quality and don't want to interrupt your roommates. I mean the audio isnt as good as Bose or some of the other higher end headphones but for the price they are great.

Did a lot of research on this headset before purchasing. I own an Xbox one as well as a PlayStation 4 and thus headset works perfectly on BOTH (on PlayStation, go to audio settings, change output to "all" for the headphones). I would definitely suggest these to anyone looking for an affordable headset.

The headset is light weight, and very durable. I'm a marathon xbox one gamer, and need a headset that will endure the abuse I put it through while playing. I definitely would recommend this product for either the beginner or serious gamer!!

I bought this headset for my brother, who had just received an Xbox One. I went for a rather cheap option as this would be his first headset. However, I found this headset to be of supreme quality for its price, and honestly, I would consider using it myself for its comfort and simplicity.

I bought these after my microsoft brand xbox one headphones broke. These were the same price and they have better sound and more features (Bass Boost, Voice monitoring). I will say that the microsoft ones were a little more comfortable but I play casually so it doesn't bother me. The best part about these is I can hear myself talk in them. Keeps me from yelling.

I turn off the TV volume and listen through the headphones, it helps make games totally immersive, enabling me to play totally quietly late at night. The downside is I can't hear my wife call me for dinner. Audio (3.5mm jack) controls have mute, bass boost, game, chat and master volume. Replaced Xbox mic with this when it broke.

The headset is light, isn't tight on my head. Good sound.

My son loves this headset! He couldn't believe I actually bought it for him! He is able to hear his friends so clear! And they can hear him perfect! The mic is in a perfect place. And he loves that he can use it with his cell phone! He loves the attachment for the controller. He can raise/lower his volume from the controller! He protects this with his life!

Got to say for what I payed for them they don't meet up to the xbox 360 version of turtle beaches. The cord is way to short, the volume and game chat button is together on one button, which makes it hard to hear either. Would have given it a 5 star if it was put together better plus I believe it is over priced by turtle beach.

I bought these so I would quit annoying my wife while playing games. These have great sound and the mic monitor is a nice feature to keep you from yelling. They get a little uncomfortable during long sessions, but the sound quality is really nice. Make playing Titanfall even better as you can hear footsteps from behind you

This is a really good headset. Only flaw is it sounds kind of hollow when listening to music on certain devices. Other than that, it is really good I was not expecting it to be as good as it was when it comes to the sound quality and the headset itself. It is very comfortable and my friends can hear me clearly in the chat.

Sound is really good and setup is a snap (literally) be aware that the volume controls are a little tricky as there is an overall volume control on the one side and on the other game and chat volumes. It takes a little bit to get use to adjusting them to the right volumes and is easy to boost the wrong one.

Great for noise cancellation and light weight and durable.

These headphones attach to your Xbox One controller, which is then connected wirelessly to the Xbox One console. Sound quality and microphone sound quality is very good. The headphones are comfortable for everyone. I am sure there are better sounding quality headphones out there, but I am very happy with these at this price.

These headphones don't have any static, your friends voice doesn't lag when you are talking to him. You can control your game volume and then your friends volume so you hear him and the game. These headphones are very comfortable. You can remove the end piece and plug it into your cell phone to use it for music also.
