Great product, used turtle beaches for years now, love the rechargeable battery instead of batteries.

These really do sound great, Bluetooth to my 4k TV was nice but after an hour, my ears were aching, behind the cushion , it's very hard, killing yours ears after an hour it's painful...I'm returning

I've been a Turtle Beach fan now for the better half of 10 years, but this headset really didn't do it for me. The chat sound quality wasn't that great, and I could barely hear myself talking in chat. This headset supports mic monitoring which I failed to figure out how to increase the volume of my own voice coming through. I believe the feature is available via an app that you use from your phone or PC where you can tweak with all sorts of settings. I really wanted to love this headset, but to me the bass response was kinda lacking and my friends said I sounded weird and un-natural in party chat. I returned these and bought the Astro A50 which I'm happy with so far.

This is the best wireless headset we have found. Pricey - but great quality. We have two sets.

The headphones hold the Heat from your head it felt like an oven. I started playing my friend said the mic was muffled so I adjusted the settings no good i was speaking very loudly for a mic a few inches away from me it not worth the money

Sound quality is good, but the headset cuts in and out very often. I’ve tried resetting per the manufacturer’s guidelines with no success. I would recommend less expensive alternatives.

These worked very well the first couple of times they were used, then we started to have problems with them. The audio on these cuts in and out frequently when playing games online. Decided to return them and purchase another brand.

As I've unbox it I really didn't realize that all my gaming should gain a new level.

I thought a head set is just a head set "IT IS NOT" the 800X is far superior awesome.

so when I first bought this product it was great. sound was great the different mic modes were very helpful along with the different sound output profiles that came with it. then about 4 months after buying it it wouldn't stay connected for more than an hour. it would disconnect from the base and then id have to cut it off and turn it back on. it got to the point where I was done with it and returned it. for 300$ id expect better quality especially since I was only about 5 ft from the unit. with no other interference in the way.

Had the stealth 500x before this purchase and the difference is amazing. Well worth it.
