Tinny audio and an awful mic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these as an upgrade from the XO One, hoping this would provide greater volume, more bass, and an overall improvement from that pretty decent, if basic experience. Unfortunately, the sound was definitively worse, the microsphone was distorted and tinny, and thr boost/simulated surround sound module did nothing to increase the sound volume, and the simulated surround was just weird. Less turned out to be more, and I think I'd audition any headsets in the future with these kind of fancy features.

Don't buy refurbished

Bought these for my son who is a gamer for his birthday, he was never able to make them work. The only good thing is that it wasn't a lot of money but still my husband works hard for his money.
