Thank you for leaving your feedback. We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers.

The headset's microphone boom acts as its own mute switch. You would rotate the microphone in to the muted position; as shown within the Quick Start Guide that came with your headset.

This is the Second set I got for my son. the first snapped one side taking them off to talk to me. The Seco. D set the Microphone fell off. Then to top it all off the didn't have the same color in stock and best buy wouldn't swap it out for the same price had to wait to have it shipped to me

At first i could hear other people but I couldn’t be heard when using headphones. The day after the headphones just didn’t work at all. I never dropped the headphones and I alway put them away in a safe place. Please do not sell this item anymore!
