Don't waste your money.

I got tired of them always asking to use my rig 800(not cheap). So we got them each one of these in different colors. They feel super cheap light weight, you can barly hear the volume is so low and if you even move the 3.5mm jack a little bit they cut in and out or you hear a bunch of static. Would definitely save a couple dollars and get something else with a little bit of quality, even if its for kids.

Great headset and microphone!

My son games and when his third headset went out I searched and heard good reviews about the Turtle Beach, and I am very pleased with this product. Would recommend it to anyone!

We bought these for my son to use when playing his Xbox. Many times he can't hear us due to the noice cancelling, so we have to get his attention by waving at him or snapping our fingers. (It works.) I would buy again!

Ok for the price

The adjustment for the headband always comes down and wont stay in position and it seems to have some static while in the controller at times.

Took a little bit to get it set-up and controller needed update for it to recognize the headset. Two cons to the headset are: You have to have the mic on the left-side of your face, Also the mic is short and seems to be far away from your mouth. It still works fine and picks up everything if you have settings right Secondly the cord seems to be cheaply made and may need to have a heat-shrink applied to the end to avoid it from breaking

We purchased it april 22, 2020. Best Buy is always my first place to go buy all my electronics. I definitely recommend purchasing from Best Buy
