I got two of them one for my son and one for my husband. Best they’ve had. The microphone is a bit to close to the mouth though is the only complain.

Too expensive for bad quality

Occasionally it would have static sound when turned on and would have to turn off and on to stop the static. Then the headset stopped working after 1.5 years. I wrote to turtle beach customer service and they sent me a new headset but it was the black and blue one. It also has issues with turning off randomly. Would not buy this brand again but appreciated that they even sent me a second headset at all.

My problem every time was getting them connected. Connection was easy but I would get that loud static sound like when there's no channel on the old tvs. Even when I had the volume down it would come out loud at full blast. I would have to turn on and off minimum 5 times to get that sound to go away. Had to return them.
